Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which APPWILL COMPANY LTD ("we", "us", or "our") provides refunds for purchases made through the Picify service at picify.io and app.picify.io (the "Service").
1. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card or payment credentials.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (EUR, GBP, BRL, MXN, or USD) and include any applicable taxes.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits are prepaid units that are consumed each time you use the Service to generate images. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have not used any credits from that purchase. This 14-day right of withdrawal applies to EU and UK residents under applicable consumer protection law.
Outside of the above, refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- A technical error on our side caused your credits to be consumed without a successful generation.
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credits that have been partially or fully used.
- Dissatisfaction with the style or quality of Generated Results, as these are inherent to the probabilistic nature of AI generation.
- Purchases where you violated these Terms or our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except where required by applicable law).
5. How to Request a Refund

- The email address associated with your account.
- The date and approximate amount of the purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
6. Processing Time
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the effective date.
